The quality of our lives depends not on whether or not we have conflicts, but on how we respond to them.

What can Variance Analytics offer you?

With personal conflicts (past, present, and/or future), we offer one-on-one coaching that will be conducted in a talk therapy manner with just you and your conflict coach. These sessions can occur once, twice, weekly, monthly, etc. depending on the client’s particular needs. There is no long-term commitment with coaching. Additionally, we offer a classic mediation process that will be focused on a specific matter and conducted by a trained “neutral” between two parties. Mediation has a process and does require some type of a future time commitment from both parties, which will be tailored and determined during the initial consultation.

For conflict work in the workplace, we offer classic mediation as defined above, workshops for groups and departments, and the facilitation of a conflict resolution process entirely tailored to the needs of the business and its employees. Workshops can look like presentations and discussion groups educating the masses on conflict resolution history, its styles, its cross-cultural aspects, and its costs and benefits to your individual business. Facilitation, on the other hand, works like an interactive meeting with the hired neutral as a speaker who starts a conflict resolution process for a group. The group can then more forward resolving the issue themselves once they receive help and direction to organize their objectives and potential outcomes.

For familial conflict work, we offer classic mediation as defined above, a mediation process specifically tailored to divorces - which includes, but is not limited to, possible spousal support, division of assets and debts, insurance plans, plans for any shared pets, as well as a parenting plan if applicable. Additionally, we offer an individual parenting plan package if that is all that is required, independent of any mediation.

Conflict resolution is an entire language.

Just like any other, it’s a language you have to learn how to speak, write, and translate in order to understand, and, ultimately, to be understood.

Similarly, failing to accurately translate will certainly lead to misunderstanding, potentially some culture shock, and, unfortunately, apprehension toward continuing.

Conflict resolution one of the oldest living languages and is one of the only skills universally practiced by many different species.

“Understand the differences; act on the commonalities.”
